An evidence-based desk service

Understand what was billed.
See what supports it.

Our review separates the amount charged from the amount supported by the records. Every concluded item includes its source reference and review reasoning.

01 / TOWING & RECOVERY

Services and quantities

Review dispatch details, tow distance, labor, equipment use and itemized recovery charges. Complex recoveries require an agreed scope and fee.

02 / STORAGE

Dates and daily rates

Compare billed storage dates with supplied intake, notice and release records. The report states how days are counted and identifies the evidence for the selected rate.

03 / INVOICE RECONCILIATION

Fees, credits and payments

Identify duplicate or unexplained items, reconcile line amounts to the invoice total, and account separately for documented credits and payments.

Standard review / pilot pricing

$99 per standard
invoice review.

A desk review of one straightforward towing and storage invoice with supplied supporting records. Complex recovery, multiple invoices, negotiations and field work are quoted separately. Applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment.

Attach what you can

The records behind
the charges.

Begin with the invoice. Add the records available to explain the service, dates and pricing. Where a contract or fee schedule applies, identify its source, effective date and the service it covers.

  • Itemized towing, recovery and storage invoice
  • Dispatch, tow authorization and service records
  • Storage intake, notices and release / pickup records
  • Agreed rates, contracts or applicable fee schedules
  • Receipts, credits, payment records and relevant correspondence

Know the scope

Common questions.

Does the review decide whether an invoice is legally owed?

No. SCS documents invoice findings and supporting evidence. The review does not determine coverage, legal enforceability, lien validity or liability for payment.

Will you automatically reduce every charge?

No. A charge may be supported as billed, supported at an adjusted amount, unsupported by the supplied records, or require additional documentation. Findings follow the evidence.

Do you use one nationwide towing or storage rate?

No. The relevant service, location, date, contract and applicable fee information matter. Where adequate rate support is unavailable, the report identifies that limitation.

Does the $99 review include negotiation or complex recovery?

No. The standard fee covers the agreed desk-review scope. Negotiation, complex recovery analysis, field inspections and litigation support require a separate engagement.

An adjusted or unsupported charge is not a finding of fraud or illegality. Findings depend on the records available. No savings, legal outcome or recovery is guaranteed. SCS does not negotiate charges unless separately engaged and authorized.
