Our commitment is to consistently minimize or completely avoid mileage fees whenever feasible.

For assignments in remote locations requiring mileage compensation, we mandate that appraisers prorate their fees by coordinating with other nearby claims. This approach not only reduces costs for our clients but also promotes efficiency. Our Management Team diligently reviews each mileage request to ensure fairness and necessity. In regions with ongoing high demand for appraisals, we actively seek to expand our network by recruiting additional local appraisers or negotiating with existing nearby appraisers to further decrease or eliminate mileage fees. This proactive strategy ensures that we continually adapt to our clients' needs and maintain cost-effective operations.
